The pumpkin crawler branches escaping our vege patch gave it’s overgrown status away. After the recent rain that makes them boom and and my recent vege patch neglect Miss number 4 (wearing her love of wellies that don’t match) & I decided to set off to redirect branches and to tackle the abundant weed issue. A chance to gather our ready to go pumpkins to make some pumpkin soup too.

On the table ready to go, nothing tastes better than homegrown veges, but pumpkin soup tops the list in our house. Thankgoodness the vine is aplenty, it tastes so good that I can guarantee it will be eaten as quickly as it is made.
