fathers day 2015

Being on a farm there is always too much to do in-between all the other stuff to do so Father’s Day this year was just like any other day. Our little people and I had a really nice afternoon planned for our Dad farmer but farm ‘stuff’ and the wood shortage got the better of this so we just tagged along instead.

the log splitter, a great invention, hopefully this ute & trailer load of wood maybe one of the last to see out the colder weather for this year.

‘Best find’ our Max found his Dad’s Go-cart that he made when he was younger. This will be the next project after horse yards.

and as it’s Fathers Day this is me with my treasured Dad circa 1980, I copied this from my childhood photo album. I should put a recent one up but I was too teary when we said goodbye last visit home. I love this photo, he is building the home I grew up in. So special.
